IP cameras take center stage at the China Sourcing Fair: Security Products


Exhibitors at this spring’s fair are showcasing the recent innovations in IP camera technology. Megapixel models are aplenty, as are units designed after the iPod series.

The GD-H306 from Shenzhen Guoding Technology Co. Ltd boasts the sleek design of the iPod. This IP camera uses a 1/4in Sony CCD sensor.

The device supports H.264 compression, 360-degree horizontal rotation and 180-degree vertical rotation.

The NC536/W from Shenzhen Smarteye Digital Electronics Co. Ltd goes megapixel. It supports pan/tilt wireless and has two-audio intercom function.

The camera uses IR LEDs with up to 10m operating range for night-vision surveillance. It enables mobile phone viewing as well.
